In this six-class series you will explore questions like these through the lens of the Life Balance approach. Life Balance is an approach developed and refined over 40 years by Phillip Moffit–a celebrated meditation teacher, mentor, and business leader. You will meet one evening a week for two-hours as part of a small cohort practicing with tools and techniques designed to invite more well-being into your life. Small group discussions, dyads, meditations, and a series of repeatable exercises will ground you in this powerful approach to living. Highlights include:

Class One:
-How to arrive and be available to your own life
-Introduction to the limitations of Judging, Comparing, and Fixing mind
-Life Balance Assessment (exercise to understand possible areas of self-investigation)
-Clarifying the potential change or transition in your own life

Class Two:
-How staying embodied helps us embrace well-being
-The Life Balance Wheel (exercise exploring your life’s balance through many facets)
-Deep listening skill development
-Judging, Comparing, and Fixing / reacting vs. responding
-How to engage with this work outside of class

Class Three:
-The empowerment of starting over
-Catalysts for changes and transitions
-Change and Transition Skills Assessment (exercise to explore readiness for change)
-Seven key principles of changes and transitions

Class Four:
-The power of starting where you are
-Values, Intentions, and Goals discussion
-Values, Intentions, and Goals exercise (define your key values and how to live them)

Class Five:
-Practicing The Pause in daily life
-Defining the liminal state
-Common phases for all changes and transitions
-Understanding these phases within your own change

Class Six:
-The Path to Well-being
-Personal Power / Agency in life
-Personal Power Assessment (exercise discovering inner strengths supporting us)
-Personal Power affirmations and support
