About
Big questions, challenges, and transitions in our lives can often create ambivalence and ambiguity. While this is completely normal, it is important that we understand these mind states so we can be appropriately empowered as we experience them. Unexamined and persistent ambivalence and ambiguity can rob us of choice and take away our agency and sense of personal power.
This single session workshop is designed for clients familiar with the basics of the life balance approach and will build on this understanding. Attendees should have either had several sessions with me one-on-one, attended an introductory workshop, or completed the six-week Life Balance quick start on my website.
